Quality Assurance Manager: Brought on to establish and run an ISO: 9000:2010 QMS for the Wireless telecoms division and to develop, implement, establish and maintain QA processes to keep quality scores within OEM limits. While at Avion Systems the QA Program lowered the Quality Score to one of the lowest of any Vendor with Ericsson in North America where minimum score is 95 we scored 103! It was hard work but also a lot of fun while serving our community through times of local crisis, We had mandatory training drills for 2 days (1 weekend) a month to prepare for local deployment during times of emergency or disaster.
