on to establish and run an ISO: 9000:2010 QMS for the Wireless telecoms
division and to develop, implement, establish and maintain QA processes to
keep quality scores within OEM limits. While at Avion Systems the QA
Program lowered the Quality Score to one of the lowest of any Vendor with
Ericsson in North America where minimum score is 95 we scored 103! (only one
company did better). I built a training program to train entry level
wireless installers in-house to reduce cost of resources and increase
availability. The results of the QA Program helped position Avion to qualify
for a multi-million dollar business increase with Ericsson. I Initiated the
ISO: 9000 certification for Avion as a whole entity. I trained a full time
